Return & Exchange Policy
Please review the following terms before completing your purchase.
- No returns are accepted.
- Exchange is only available for products with a manufacturing defect.
- A defect claim must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- The claim must include a clear unboxing video, and the sealed tag must be intact.
- After our quality inspection, a replacement will be processed within 7 business days.
- Exchanges will be processed within 24 hours of raising it and delivery would take 10-15 days depending on the delivery partner.
- No cash refunds are provided under any circumstances.
- Return shipping costs (if applicable) are the customer's responsibility.
