1. Order Processing & Delivery Time

All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days.

If your size isn't available, we offer custom sizing. Custom-sized products take 2–3 working days to make, followed by 7–10 working days for packaging and delivery.

Our trusted delivery partners usually deliver orders within 7–10 working days, depending on your location and external factors such as weather, holidays, or local restrictions.

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly due to location, courier availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on:

• All first-time orders
• All orders placed within the first month of our launch

After this introductory period, any applicable shipping fees will be shown at checkout before payment.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.

3. Shipping Partners

We work with reliable delivery partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, and Ekart Logistics to ensure safe and timely deliveries across India.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number and a link to track your order in real time.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping address, contact number, and pin code before confirming your order.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional re-shipping charges may apply.

6. International Shipping

We currently ship only within India.

7. Delays & Exceptions

While we always aim to deliver your order on time, Label Kariya cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
